Aye, our milk comes in BPA free glass pints and even quart jars too! Try our fresh cold goats milk that doesn't have an after goaty taste, rather a pleasantly sweet taste, just like our studies indicated it would with this particular breed - its the "Sweetest" tasting of all the goat breeds! Wanting to make sure our raw goats milk is extra safe for human consumption and update free of goat possible diseases, we test our goats with WADDL (Washington Animal Disease Diagnostic Lab) for CL, CAE Johne's, Q-fever, and Brucellosis...all our goats are negative/clear! We also make our own goat ice cream and goat cheese, which is wonderful on salads and crackers! You'll be wanting second breakfast, elevenses, Luncheon, Afternoon snacks, Dinner and Supper too! When our milk is plentiful we sell our extra produce at our local farmers market at Lander Valley Farmers Market (Click on the button below for more information). Our prices are subjected to change so please contact us or visit us at the farmers market.
Thanks to the Wyoming Food Freedom Act, established in March 2015, it allows for producers to sell directly to consumers. The purpose of the Act is to "allow for the sale and consumption of homemade foods, and to encourage the expansion of agricultural sales by farmers markets, ranches, farms and home based producers," the legislation states. It applies to food sales that take place directly between producer and consumer, where products are bought for home consumption. It was the first act of its kind in the US to free the market from the chains of regulation. In accordance with the act, producers are legally allowed to sell Raw milk and dairy products directly to consumers within the state of Wyoming.
Why goat milk over cow milk? It is naturally homogenized, which means the fat molecules do not cluster together and are thus more easily digested. The proteins in goat milk are more easily and rapidly digestible. Goat’s milk contains only trace amounts of an allergenic casein protein, alpha-S1, found in cow’s milk, which can make it more easily tolerated by those allergic to that protein. It also contains less lactose, which may allow those who are lactose intolerant to enjoy milk again.
According to Dr. William Sears, goat’s milk contains 13 percent more calcium, 25 percent more vitamin B-6, 47 percent more vitamin A, 134 percent more potassium, and three times more niacin. It is also four times higher in copper. Goat’s milk also contains 27 percent more of the antioxidant selenium than cow’s milk. Contains five times as much vitamin B-12 and ten times as much folic acid.

Please note: we had an incident where a customer thought that the cheese had black and brown specks of dirt in her cheese that she bought. Though it can look like there is black and brown specs of dirt assured that it is NOT....it is my Redman's natural mineral salt that I use in my goat cheese. I don't use the cheap white process salt as I like the taste of mineral salt better but it does and can look like dirt and to some that are not used to the mineral salt can have a slight different texture. Please be assured that we try are best to be sanitary as we do live on a ranch...I strain all our milk through coffee filters in our house after milking. Thanks again for your support! If any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me. Aside to the left is a picture of the natural mineral salt. Thank you
